The Girl Who Never Grew Up™
Do you suspect that with age comes less wisdom and, so, you actually had more of a clue about life when you were 10 years old?
Are you more excited by the latest flavour of Kit-Kat or your new hoodie-and-sneakers combo than homewares or your day-job?
Do people tell you to “grow up”?
Join me and my colourful socks at The Daley Rant - the place where you’re free to revel in your Punky Brewster Complex (like the Peter Pan Syndrome… without the green tights).
I never grew up… and neither should you.
About the blogger
Keira Daley is a Sydney-based freelance journo, performer, and eternal child.
Her first writing project was the 1986 epic, The Alligator’s Trail – complete with colour pencil illustrations and stapler-binding. And she hasn’t put down the pen since… except when she started using a keyboard.
Nowadays, her handwriting would look neater if she wrote while whitewater rafting. But her keyboardmanship is exquisite.
On any given eve, you’re likely to find Keira out with her friends spending too much money on dessert, antagonising people for fun (and, hopefully someday, profit), making a lot of racket, living vicariously through fictional characters… or blogging about all of the above.
You can read more from Keira at Veggie Rant.
And you can contact her on “keira at daleyrant dot com”
She promises not to reply in the third person.
